After 5 days of jungle in Tokyo we headed to the little town Nara. We took the super express train Shinkansen, which is known for his velocity. In just three hours we did the route of 500km and arrived in Nara.

We stayed at a traditional Japanese House with over 100 years of age in the old town of Nara. That was truly a highlight. Our room was cozy, we slept on futons and had a small table for sitting on the floor to have our tea.

Later on we had an evening walk and got to know an essential of Nara: the deers. We were so surprised that they could just be free around town without fences. The deers are certainly a part of the town.

Later we had a nice dinner with little dishes and returned to our futons in Haruya Naramachi. おやすみなさい!
